At Stone Ridge Cattle Company, our cattle are raised naturally on healthy grasses and trace minerals and are finished slowly on healthy grasses and grains grown on our farm.
We never use growth hormones or antibiotics to increase our rate of gain. Our focus is on maximizing the intramuscular marbling in our cattle to produce the highest quality beef available. This simply takes time and proper nutrition to develop.
